Sale procedures for properties located in Asti, Enna, Imperia, Novara, and Varese

Banca d'Italia is continuing to sell off its portfolio of real estate that is not used for institutional purposes. The Notices of Sale for the properties located in Asti, Enna, Imperia, Novara, and Varese, have been published on the Bank's website. Potential buyers can submit an expression of interest according to the instructions set out in the Notice of Sale by the deadline for submission is stated therein. The notices of sale are available only in Italian on the page 'La dismissione degli immobili'.
