Remarks by Salvatore Rossi on the protection of consumers of banking and financial services

Salvatore Rossi, Deputy Director General of the Bank of Italy, spoke today on "The protection of consumers of banking and financial services: the legal framework and the role of the Bank of Italy" at the conference organized by the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL) on "Consumer protection: developments in the light of the recent jurisprudence of the Council of State".
