From 3 November to 5 December 2023, it will be possible to submit applications for admission to the Regulatory Sandbox.
By taking part in the Regulatory Sandbox, pursuant to Ministry of Economy and Finance Decree 100 of 30 April 2021, supervised intermediaries and Fintech operators can test innovative products and services, while taking advantage of a simplified transitional regulatory regime.
There is no cap on the number of Fintech projects that may be submitted. Applicants are encouraged to start informal discussions with supervisory authorities as soon as possible.
