Presentation of the second edition of the Map of Digital Municipal Authorities

On 4 November at 3. pm, the second report on the 'State of Digitalisation in Italian Municipal Authorities (Map of Digital Municipal Authorities 2026)' will be presented at the Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Conference Centre in Rome. The report was prepared jointly by Banca d'Italia, the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) and the Department for Digital Transformation within the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

The event focuses on the progress made in the digitalization of Italian municipalities and on the findings of the survey. The programme includes two thematic sessions covering respectively services, infrastructure and emerging technologies, and governance challenges and future actions. Representatives of institutions, municipal administrations and the digital technology sector will take part in the event.

Gian Luca Trequattrini, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, will deliver the closing remarks.
