Paolo Angelini, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, spoke today on 'The banking crises of 2023: some initial reflections', at the Tenth Annual Meeting of the Working Group on Financial and Economic Stability of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) entitled 'Promoting Accountability in Times of Crisis'. The meeting was hosted in Rome by the Corte dei Conti, Italy's supreme audit institution.
