Opening remarks by Paolo Angelini at the Seventh Soft Power Conference

Paolo Angelini, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, gave the opening remarks on the first day of the Seventh Edition of the Soft Power Conference. The event was organized by the Soft Power Club at Banca d'Italia's Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Conference Centre in Rome. The theme of the day was 'A Soft Power Index in a Changing World: Measuring National Interests while Improving Multilateralism'.
