As of 7 June 2013, the Bank of Italy will ordinarily conduct online tender procedures electronically, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 77.5, 77.6 and 85.13 of Legislative Decree 163/2006, and Articles 289 et seq. of Presidential Decree 207/2010.
Market operators intending to use the service are invited to register on the Electronic Tender Portal (https://gareappalti.bancaditalia.it), accepting the "Terms of use and general conditions of the Bank of Italy's Electronic Tender Portal".
The Portal will also be accessible from the following link: http://www.bancaditalia.it/chi-siamo/bandigara/, where updates on tenders carried out under previous procedures will be published.
