Memorandum of Understanding signed at the Bank of Italy to launch a partnershipto strengthen the capacity of statistical institutes in low- and middle-income countries to conduct household surveys

Today the Bank of Italy hosts the launch of the Partnership for Capacity Development in Household Surveys for Welfare Analysis. During the event participants will sign a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in strengthening the capacity to produce, analyse, disseminate and use household surveys in developing countries. Valeria Sannucci, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, will sign the memorandum of understanding on behalf of the Bank of Italy.

The partnership’s work is made possible thanks to the initial financial contribution of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and to the technical contributions of other Italian and international project participants. The signatories are:
