At an official ceremony, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Bank of Italy and the Italian Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted (UICI).
The ceremony took place at Palazzo Koch, the Bank of Italy's headquarters. Deputy Governor Piero Cipollone gave the official welcome prior to the signing of the memorandum by the Secretary General of the Bank of Italy, Alberto Martiello, and the President of UICI, Mario Barbuto.
