Luigi Federico Signorini, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, speaks today before the joint session of the 5th Committees of the Senate of the Republic (Economic Planning and Budget) and of the Chamber of Deputies (Budget, Treasury and Planning), as part of the preliminary hearing on the national budget forecast for the financial year 2020 and on the multiannual budget for the three years 2020-2022.
