The Governor of the Bank of Italy, Ignazio Visco, gives the keynote address "The Economic and Monetary Union: Time to Break the Deadlock" at the seminar on the "Future of the euro area: strengthening the integration of the euro area to ensure economic stability", organized in Rome by the Bank of Italy and the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF).
