Fabio Panetta, Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy and President of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (IVASS), spoke today at the State Printing Office and Mint in Foggia on ‘Development in the Mezzogiorno: a national priority’, on the occasion of the inauguration of Valoridicarta S.p.A., the company recently accredited by the European Central Bank to produce paper with special security features.
