Governor Ignazio Visco speaks at the Annual Meeting of the Italian Banking Association (ABI)

The Governor of the Bank of Italy, Ignazio Visco, addresses today the Annual Meeting of ABI, speaking on the state of the economy, banks' conditions, regulatory developments and the challenges posed by technological innovation.
In the presence of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, the meeting celebrates the hundredth anniversary of the Association. The meeting is being held in Milan, the city in which ABI was founded in 1919.
