The Bank of Italy is organising a Gender Economics Workshop on the 23rd of June, 2023. The workshop aims at providing researchers in the field of gender economics an opportunity to present their work and to contribute to the debate about gender gaps in the labour market, their impact on economic growth, and the policies aimed at reducing such disparities.
The keynote lecture will be held by Patricia Cortes (Boston University).
The event will take place in Rome, health conditions and travel restrictions permitting.
The scientific committee is composed by: Francesca Carta (Bank of Italy), Marta De Philippis (Bank of Italy), Lucia Rizzica (Bank of Italy) e Eliana Viviano (Bank of Italy).
Papers should be submitted by April 3, 2023 to gender@bancaditalia.it.
