Financial Education Month - third edition, October 2020

The Financial Education Month will be back from 1 to 31 October, an initiative promoted by the Committee for the Planning and Coordination of Financial Education Activities, in which the Bank of Italy participates.

This is the third edition of the Financial Education Month and it will focus on financial choices during the COVID-19 epidemic; it will pay particular attention to social security issues in the week from 26 to 31 October.

The Committee invites associations, institutions, firms, universities and research centres, schools, foundations, local authorities and any organization interested in being involved in the field of financial education with quality events to submit their candidacy by 30 September 2020. They can send in an online application, which will be available from tomorrow, 10 June, on the quellocheconta.gov.it portal.

Those who join will be able to use the Month's official logo and will be part of its promotion nationwide; this will ensure greater visibility for the organizers of individual initiatives and will help make things more effective via coordination with other participants. All those taking part in the Financial Education Month will have access to interactive tools for sharing information about events, finding out who is involved in this field in Italy, and creating synergies.
