The Governing Council of the ECB has approved the launch of the exploration phase of the interlinking project initiative between TIPS and the Swiss National Bank's SIC-IP (Swiss Interbank Clearing Instant Payments system). This phase will begin in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. For more information, please refer to the ECB's website.
