EBA, ESMA and EIOPA publish two factsheets to protect consumers from online fraud and AI-related scams
The European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) published two factsheets designed to help consumers protect themselves from crypto and other online frauds and scams and explain how fraudsters increasingly use artificial intelligence (AI) to deceive consumers.
