The Bank of Italy and the Financial Intelligence Unit for Italy has organized the conference 'The European Anti-Money Laundering Authority: goals, prospects and challenges', to be held on 10 November 2023.
The conference will focus on the establishment of the European Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA), the primary innovation introduced by the AML package, i.e. the package of legislation in the process of being adopted at European level to strengthen the EU's anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism rules.
The event will be held in English at the Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Conference Centre (via Nazionale 190, Rome).
