Conference on 'Macroeconomic Modelling in Times of Uncertainty'
On 24-25 September 2026, Banca d'Italia will host in Rome the conference 'Macroeconomic Modelling in Times of Uncertainty', focusing on new approaches to modelling and estimating the effects of rising uncertainty on the economy as a whole, through the decisions of firms and households, on the transmission of monetary and fiscal policy, as well as on macroeconomic forecasting and on scenario analysis.
Research papers must be submitted to conf_macromodelling2026@bancaditalia.it by 15 April 2026. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by 15 June 2026.
