€-coin improves in February, though it remains at negative levels

In February, €-coin remained in negative territory for the twelfth month in a row, though it turned upwards (to -0.31, from -0.56 in January).

The still positive signs on employment, which more than offset the persistent weakness in confidence indicators, contributed to the improvement.
