To encourage women to enter the fields of economics and finance, Banca d'Italia has signed an agreement with Società Italiana di Econometria (SIdE), the Italian Econometric Association, to fund scholarships for ten outstanding female master or PhD students or junior researchers to attend the summer schools and postgraduate courses organized by SIdE.
