Banca d'Italia and Consob update the document on the allocation of EMIR competences

Banca d'Italia and Consob have updated and streamlined the 'Summary document on the allocation of competences under EMIR' (the European Market Infrastructure Regulation) to align it with Regulation (EU) 648/2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories, as recently amended by Regulation (EU) 2024/2987 (EMIR 3.0).
