Banca d'Italia and CONSOB update supervisory guidelines for Simple Investment Companies

Banca d'Italia and CONSOB have updated the supervisory guidelines for Simple Investment Companies (Società di investimento semplice, SIS) to take account of both the increase in the maximum net asset threshold (from €25 million to €50 million) and the sixth amendment to the Collective Asset Management Regulation, adopted by a measure of 23 March 2026 and published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale of 7 April.
