Activity and Sustainability Report and Annual report on sustainable investments and climate-related risks: 2025 editions available

Together with the Governor's Concluding Remarks of 29 May, Banca d’Italia has published the 2025 editions of the Activity and Sustainability Report and the Annual report on sustainable investments and climate-related risks.

The Activity and Sustainability Report provides an overview of the Bank’s role and functions, the activities carried out and the results achieved in 2025, as well as an update on Banca d’Italia’s commitment to sustainability.

The Annual report on sustainable investments and climate-related risks sets out the results achieved in 2025 in terms of applying sustainable and responsible investment criteria to the Bank's non-monetary policy financial portfolios. In this publication, Banca d’Italia confirms its commitment to managing its investments in line with the Paris Agreement goals, the European Union's strategy, and the shared guidelines adopted within the Eurosystem.
