Banca d'Italia is organizing the third edition of the biennial workshop on microsimulation 'Advancing microsimulation modelling: methods, applications, and innovations'.
The event will be held in Rome on 4 July 2025. The workshop will bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore innovative methodologies and discuss applications of microsimulation modelling. The workshop will focus on: 1) the distributional and labour supply effects of policy changes to the tax and benefit system affecting households' disposable income; 2) the development and application of microsimulation models for firms.

Proposals should be submitted by April 18, 2025, according to the Call for papers.
