On 11 July, the Bank of Italy will host the third edition of the workshop "Long-term investors: theory and practice", jointly organized with the think tank Long-Term Investors @UniTO (LTI@UniTO).
The conference, which will bring together scholars and experts from the financial sector, will discuss the investment prospects of institutional investors, the evolution of the various forms of financial intermediation, banks and NBFI, and its implications for the growth of the economy. The conference will be divided into three sessions in which works by academic researchers will be presented, a presentation by Professor Mariassunta Giannetti, University of Stockholm, and a panel session by experts operating in the insurance, banking and investment funds sectors.
