30th anniversary of the Association of Foreign Banks in Italy – Speech by Salvatore Rossi

Salvatore Rossi, Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, speaking in Milan today to celebrate the 30th anniversary of AIBE, the Association of Foreign Banks in Italy, dwelt in particular on the role that foreign banks have played in Italy, on their relations with the regulatory and supervisory system in the light of banking union, and on the contribution they can make to the Italian economy.
