The European Central Bank has launched the 2023 Young Economist Prize for PhD students to share their ideas on today's challenges by submitting a paper at the ECB Forum on Central Banking.
This year's theme is "Macroeconomic Stabilization in a Volatile Inflationary Environment."
Students enrolled in a PhD program in economics and finance are eligible to enter the competition by submitting their paper by 13 February 2023.
As every year, the finalists are invited to the ECB Forum on Central Banking, to be held in Sintra, Portugal, from 26 to 28 June, 2023. The winner will receive a prize of 10,000 euros.
