The Economic Attractiveness of Italian Cities: Evidence and Lessons from the Subnational B-Ready Indicators

On 16 November, starting at 2:00 p.m., Banca d'Italia (Via Nazionale 91, Rome) will host the presentation of the World Bank's Subnational B-Ready indicator, which assesses the business environment across thirteen Italian cities (further details are available at this link).

The event will focus in particular on two areas in which the indicator highlights the greatest geographical differences: building permits and the functioning of civil justice. The findings will be discussed in two roundtable sessions featuring representatives of institutions and business associations, as well as experts in the field.
