Paolo Angelini to open the 'Africa Growth and Opportunity: Research in Action 2026 Conference (AGORA 26)', in Palermo

Paolo Angelini, Senior Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, will deliver the opening remarks at the AGORA 26 Conference on 'Africa Growth and Opportunity: Research in Action', co-organized by the World Bank Group's Institute for Economic Development, Banca d'Italia, the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, and African partners, to be held in Palermo on 26-27 October.

The event brings together policymakers, academics and private-sector representatives to discuss research and public policies and their implementation, providing an opportunity to exchange views on expanding job opportunities.
