ChaMP Conference - Challenges for Monetary Policy Transmission in a Changing World

Banca d'Italia will host the final conference of the ChaMP Research Network (Challenges for Monetary Policy Transmission in a Changing World) in Rome on 6-7 July 2026.

The event will bring researchers and policymakers together to discuss the outcomes of the Network's activities and to explore the challenges for monetary policy transmission in an evolving economic and financial environment.

The programme will feature plenary sessions presenting the Network's overall results, presentations of selected research work developed within the ChaMP Network and contributions from academics and other policy institutions. There will also be two panels dedicated to issues relating to monetary policy transmission in light of the Network's findings and of current developments.

The conference will take place at Banca d'Italia's Centro Convegni Ciampi in Rome and it will be live streamed. Streaming details will be published on this webpage closer to the event.
