Signing ceremony of the Letter of Intent for the kick-off of a project for the implementation of an instant payment system in the Western Balkan area. On behalf of Banca d'Italia, the Governor Fabio Panetta and the Deputy Governor Chiara Scotti attended the ceremony, together with the Governors and Deputy Governors of the Central Banks of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.
