The Bank of Italy, in collaboration with the European Systemic Risk Board, is organising the workshop: "EMIR data analytics for research, financial stability and supervision".
Ten years after the introduction of the obligation to report transactions in financial derivatives under Regulation (EU) 2012/648 (EMIR - European market infrastructure regulation), the initiative aims to promote the exchange of analyses carried out by experts from central banks and other European authorities and institutions with a view to enhancing the use of EMIR data for financial stability purposes.
The event will be held in Rome on 6 and 7 June.
Participation is by invitation only.
