Governor Fabio Panetta speaks at the international conference 'Ten Years with the Euro', co-organized by the European Commission and the Latvian central bank (Latvijas Banka) for the tenth anniversary of Latvia in the euro area. Governor Panetta delivers a keynote speech and take part in a panel discussion on 'Boosting the international role and digital dimesion of the euro in a fast changing world'.
