The Bank of Italy is organizing the ninth International Macroeconomic Conference in collaboration with the Bank of England and Banque de France. The event will take place in London on 1 December 2023 at the Bank of England, and will be held in-person.
The objective of the conference is to promote the debate on the macroeconomic implications of protectionism, on the response of corporate profits to global inflationary shocks, on the role of non-bank financial intermediaries (NBFI) in the international transmission of shocks and on the international transmission of fiscal and monetary shocks.
Prof. Sebnem Kalemli Ozcan (Brown University) will give a keynote speech.
