BFF Bank S.p.A. - Temporary Supporting Commissioners

Banca d'Italia on 27 March 2026 [1] adopted the following decision:

  • appointment of two Commissioners to temporarily support the Board of Directors of the bank now in office, pursuant to Article 75-bis paragraph 1, of Italian Banking Law (Legislative Decree 385/1993). In particular, Professor Raffaele Lener and Dr Francesco Fioretto were appointed as Temporary Supporting Commissioners and took office on 28 March 2026.
