Notice concerning the 2019 contribution to the Single Resolution Fund
Vai alla versione italiana Site SearchAs from 1 January 2016, credit and financial institutions of the euro area are required to participate to the Single Resolution Fund (SRF) through annual ex-ante contributions, in line with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014.
For the 2019 contribution period, as in previous years, the institutions are required to pay one eight of the overall target level of the SRF, as determined by the Single Resolution Board (SRB).
The activities to collect the data for the 2019 contributions calculation have been started. The SRB will perform the calculation, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/63 and of Council Implementing Regulation 2015/81.
