Collection of information for the purposes of drawing up resolution plans

The Single Resolution Board, in cooperation with the National Resolution Authorities, launched the collection of information for the purposes of drawing up Resolution Plans and setting the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities subject to write-down and conversion for major European banks. Banks shall provide data on the liability structure as specified on the web site of the Single Resolution Board.
Information included in the document “Draft Implementing Technical Standard on procedures, forms and templates for the provision of information for resolution plans” developed by the European Banking Authority is also required.
