Palazzo Koch will be open to the general public on Saturday 12 May from 09.00 to 13.30 (last admission at 12.30) as part of Open House Roma 2018. This is an international event which sees the most beautiful and important buildings in Rome opening their doors free of charge over the course of a weekend.
