The Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) launched a public consultation on the Report on Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (payment systems, securities settlement systems, central counterparties and trade repositories).
Comments on the proposed principles are requested by 29 July 2011.
The consultative Report is available on the BIS and IOSCO websites.
