Prize for studies in mathematics and informatics at Italian high schools 2016

The prize ceremony was held today at the Bank of Italy’s Conference Centre for the 20 high school students who came top in the national competition for the Olympiad in Mathematics and Informatics.

The winners were decided together with the Ministry of Education (MIUR), the Italian Mathematical Union (UMI) and the Italian Association for Informatics and Automatic Computing (AICA).

The Bank of Italy is awarding these talented young people a study holiday abroad to develop the subject area in which they have excelled and to polish their skills in a foreign language.
