On 29 March 2016 the Governor issued a Measure setting out the procedure to be followed for the preparation and approval of the National Resolution Fund’s annual accounts. The Fund has been instituted within the Bank pursuant to Article 78 of Legislative Decree 180/2015.
The Measure of 29 March sets out the governance standards applying to the Fund’s accounts, establishing the roles and responsibilities of the different boards and bodies, and of the independent auditing company, in drawing up and approving the annual accounts.
