Bank and firms in Italy: corporate governance, networks and access to credit

On 22 February 2012, the Bank of Italy hosted in Rome a workshop on "Banche e imprese in Italia: evidenze su governo societario, networks e accesso al credito".

The aim of the workshop was to discuss recent research carried out at the Bank of Italy on the effects of networks, interlocking directorates and political influences on credit costs and availability.
