Survey on over-the-counter derivatives

This section gives data on OTC financial and credit derivatives drawn from a sample survey of the Italian banking groups most active in the segment. The twice-yearly survey, available since 1998, is conducted by the Bank of Italy on behalf of the Committee on the Global Financial System, formed at the BIS at the behest of the G-10 central bank governors.
