Italian housing market survey

The Bank of Italy has begun in March 2009 to publish a quarterly Supplement to the Statistical Bulletin reporting the results of a sample survey of real-estate agents on the state of the housing market in Italy. The survey is conducted jointly with Tecnoborsa and, since October 2010, with Agenzia del Territorio.

The report describes agents' opinions regarding the course of house sales, price trends compared with the previous quarter and the short-term outlook at local and national level.
