Survey on inflation and growth expectations

Since 1999, the Bank of Italy and the daily Il Sole - 24 Ore have conducted a quarterly survey on inflation and growth expectations.

The sample comprises about 750 companies with 50 or more employees, operating in the main sectors of the economy, excluding agriculture and construction.
Data is gathered in March, June, September and December.

The main results are summarised in an article published in the daily newspaper Il Sole - 24 Ore and in detail in a specific issue of the Supplements to the Statistical Bulletin.
