Opening hours
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays, the three last working days in May, 29 June and the half-holidays of 14 August and 24 and 31 December.

Public admission

• Users wishing to use the Law Reading Room must submit a request by e-mail or fax.
• Guests must obtain a pass at the porter's lodge, leaving an identity document.
• Guests must fill in an admission form; they are also required to produce a letter of presentation written by an employee of the Bank or, on headed paper, by a university teacher or by their own organization. The presentation is valid for one year.

Access to the collections
Direct access to the collections is permitted for volumes and journals located on open shelves.

Services
It is possible to request the assistance of a librarian for specific information (complex bibliographic research, consultation of electronic resources, advice on research work).

Consultation of volumes and journals owned by the Library is permitted. It is not possible, at present, to make photocopies.

Borrowing of books is restricted to employees of the Bank in Rome.
