The bibliographic and documentary information service, available in the Reading Rooms, is also provided, free of charge, as a remote service according to the following procedures:

• requests must be forwarded by e-mail or fax. Each request must provide a telephone number and/or e-mail address and a postal address
• searches are sent by e-mail or by post, without any postal charges
• requests must be detailed and include any information deemed useful for obtaining the most relevant results possible, such as, for example, the language and the time period of interest.
