The volume collects the papers presented at the conference Infrastructure in Italy: allocation, planning, implementation, held in Rome on 28 April 2011.

The works analyze the relationship between public investment and economic growth, the endowment and accessibility of infrastructure on the territory, and the procedures that govern the planning and realization of investments.
