Regional Economies

The Regional Economies series analyses the Italian economy at the local level (macro-regions and regions).

The series features the annual reports (released in June) and their updates (November) prepared in cooperation with the regional branches of the Bank of Italy. The latter monitor short-term economic conditions and study the structure of the local economy; they also gather statistical and soft information in cooperation with local economic agents, financial intermediaries, public institutions, trade associations and other organizations.
